I Can Make a water Dance Lesson Sampler

Tips for Creating a Dance
-
Decide on your theme, such as elements in science, stories, art, poetry, music, nature, or units of study. (Stream for example)
-
Make a list of action words that help illustrate your theme, such as melt, trickle, flow. These words become your inspiration for your dance.
-
Use different body parts, shapes, and qualities. Consider using feelings, pathways, directions, and levels. Dancers can be in solos, with partners, or groups.
-
You can add music, words, or props.
-
Think about how you want to start and end your dance.
-
Share your dance with others.
